We specialize in helping brands achieve exceptional results, and we are looking for someone to join our team and grow with us.

Position: Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing, media and creative teams by ensuring the smooth execution of projects and campaigns. This highly administrative position is perfect for someone looking to gain a solid foundation in the agency world, learning the ins and outs of media reconciliation, creative production coordination, and the operational aspects of delivering successful marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with our media, creative, and account teams, helping to coordinate timelines, manage project workflows, and ensure that all marketing assets are aligned with client goals. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must as you will be responsible for handling multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all project components come together efficiently and accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Media Reconciliation : Experience or willingness to learn how to track and reconcile media placements across various channels (print, digital, social, etc.), ensuring that campaigns are running as planned and delivering expected results.

  • Creative Production Coordination : A strong administrative focus on supporting creative production teams, from briefing through to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and that project workflows are adhered to.

  • Highly Organized : A natural attention to detail and the ability to stay organized under pressure. You'll manage multiple moving parts and coordinate logistics across different departments to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.

  • Collaborative Spirit : You’ll work closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and media placement schedules.

  • Proactive : We’re looking for someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and manage the day-to-day activities with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent Communication Skills : Clear communication is key in this role—whether it’s coordinating with team members, clients, or vendors, your ability to convey project details effectively will make you a vital asset to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong attention to detail : Ability to track and organize media placements, production schedules, and creative assets with accuracy.

  • Solid organizational skills : Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with office software tools : Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite; experience with project management tools, such as Asana a plus.

  • A willingness to learn : If you’re new to the agency world, this is a fantastic opportunity to ground yourself in the fundamentals of marketing and creative production.

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude : You’ll be part of a collaborative team, and we value those who take initiative, contribute creatively, and enjoy working together to achieve shared goals.

This is a great entry-level position for someone passionate about marketing and the agency world, with a focus on administrative duties and the chance to develop key skills for a future career in marketing or creative production.
