We offer a rewarding four-day work week (Monday to Thursday), with each day comprising a 10-hour first shift starting at 6:00 am.

Position Overview: Thermal Molding Machine Specialist

Location: Export, PA

Join us in creating exceptional products by converting raw materials into premium final results. Utilize your precise weighing and measuring skills to operate cutting-edge thermal presses.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety preflight examinations and adhere to 5S practices for a tidy work environment.
• Efficiently oversee the operation of 3-5 presses per set.
• Demonstrate prowess in quality control measures.
• Accurately log production data into our ERP system.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute the production schedule meticulously.
• Strive to exceed standardized performance benchmarks.
• Manage press operations skillfully.
• Analyse and record production and scrap statistics.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks.
• Examine finished wheels for defects; sort as needed.
• Smooth out raised mold lines as applicable.
• Classify molded wheels by part number.
• Conclude shift duties following 5S practices.
• Adhere to all company policies and protocols.
• Carry out additional duties as instructed.

Qualifications:

• Endurance to stand/walk for ten-hour shifts, four days weekly.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Basic literacy and comprehension skills.
• Familiarity with Epicor is advantageous, though not essential.
• Proficient in fundamental computer skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Completion of high school education or equivalent is essential.

You are proficient in:

• Troubleshooting prowess.
• Deburring expertise.
• Mathematical competence for shop operations.
