Job Description

The Tahoe Tradesman is looking for skilled laborers to join our small residential remodel team. We tackle everything from full remodels to small bathroom projects, deck builds, patios, fence work, etc. We are looking for knowledgeable, skilled individuals who do not need constant direction and supervision. An average day would include being lined out with a scope of work, all the materials and tools needed for the job, and being expected to successfully complete the day without direct supervision. PM's are available for any questions that may come up, but we need our crews to have enough of a working knowledge of most trades to be successful on a small field crew. You’ll work with a close-knit team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen to bring construction plans to life. • Excelent communication and attenion to detail
• Follow directions while using good judgment to understand when changes need to be made and questions need to be asked
• Safely operate power tools
• Show up on time, ready to work
• Have a positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers licnese
• Working knowledge of remodeling, including, but not limited to, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile, demolition, finish carpentry, concrete work, etc
• Knowledge of JobTread or similar management software is a huge plus
• Above average communication and attention to detail
