Snr Product Owner needs 10+ years' Product Owner experience
Snr Product Owner requires:
oHave experience with the UKG WFM (Kronos) platforms (WFC & PRO) (required)
oUnderstand / have practiced the Agile delivery Methodology (required)
oUsed JIRA and Confluence to document stories, features / requirements (required)
oHas experience / understanding of Workday, specifically integrations (HUGE PREFERENCE
oHas great written and Oral communication skills
oIs comfortable working the grey and a fast paced environment
oSkilled in SAFe principles, Kanban and Scrum framework including embracing of agile principles and a lean agile mindset
Snr Product Owner duties:
oPartner with the Product Manager to understand priorities and PI features and supports driving the Product Increment (PI) objective at the Team Level
oMay partner with other PO's for optimal PI feature allocation approach
oDrives Iteration Goals and content via prioritized user stories
oProduct/Domain knowledge that guides, informs and provides insight on what product enhancements, maintenance and efficiencies/remediation are needed
oEnsures the technical integrity of the solution
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 95.00 Per Hour
