We’re looking for a Part-Time Fitness Coach + Exercise Specialist who is eager to grow their skills, build meaningful client relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team.

As a Fitness Coach, you’ll:
✅ Design safe, effective, and engaging fitness programs for private, semi-private, and small group clients
✅ Perform fitness assessments and screenings to guide programming
✅ Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and support them in achieving their goals
✅ Collaborate with our team on marketing, client retention, and program growth (social media, community events, etc.)
✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment
As an Exercise Specialist/PRN Rehab Aide (as needed) , you’ll:
✅ Support physical therapy sessions by cueing exercises and monitoring form
✅ Assist with clinic flow and customer service when scheduled
✅ Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACSM, ACE, etc.) or working toward certification
✅ Passion for biomechanics, anatomy, and restorative fitness
✅ Eager to learn—on-the-job training and mentorship provided!
✅ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
✅ Flexible and available 10–20 hours per week , with potential for growth
✅ Committed to client care, integrity, and continuous learning
✨ Commission-based pay structure —earn 40–60% of revenue per client session , with rates based on experience, client load, and retention performance; no ceiling on your income! ✨ $18–25/hour for required staff meetings, trainings, and PRN rehab aide shifts
