We're hiring** **Repair Technicians** **immediately in Union City, CA. Bring your tools, your expertise, and your drive-we'll bring the opportunity** **** **What You'll Do** + Overhaul and repair pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components-starting with braking systems. + Disassemble, clean, inspect, and evaluate equipment with precision and attention to detail. + Report findings and labor estimates using our technician evaluation process. + Install wiring, terminations, and connectors per technical schematics. + Run rigorous subassembly and system tests using gauges, dials, and indicators. + Collaborate on preventative maintenance schedules and calibration needs. + Contribute to a clean, safe, and high-performance shop environment. + Troubleshoot complex technical issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical intuition. + After initial ramp-up, receive advanced training and certification in HVAC systems! **️** **You're a Great Fit If You Have** + 3+ years working hands-on with power/hand tools in technical repair or assembly roles. + Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals. + Experience troubleshooting brake, pneumatic, and HVAC systems. + Mechanical/electrical aptitude and familiarity with test equipment. + A safety-first mindset and pride in craftsmanship. **✅** **Bonus Skills** + Microsoft Excel & Word proficiency for data entry and reporting. + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Mechanical inspection tools experience and time management mastery. **** **Why You'll Love This Role** + **Pay:** $25/hr with long-term career potential (Contract-to-Hire). + **Schedule:** 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday (Fridays when needed). + **Perks:** Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, generous PTO, and 401(k). + **Extras:** Tuition reimbursement, free gym membership, and fun perks like zoo & aquarium passes, employee events, and more! **** **Location** Based in **Union City, California** , this shop-based role requires physical activity-lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a dynamic repair environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.62 - $25.62/hr.
