As a Real Estate Disposition Associate, you will play a vital role in managing, negotiating, and selling our property inventory. You'll have the chance to build and nurture relationships with investors, ensure smooth communication with key stakeholders, and oversee transactions from contract to closing.
**What We're Looking For:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer (D2C) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environments.
- A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
**Compensation:**
For candidates in California, the base salary range is $66,560 annually, plus performance and incentive bonuses. In your first year, your total earnings, including the ramp-up period, can reach an impressive $120,000 - $150,000, with expected earnings in subsequent years exceeding $150,000, and no cap on your potential earnings.

**Key Skills:**
In this role, you will leverage your strong understanding of the real estate market, along with your excellent communication and negotiation skills, to manage the sales process of our properties. You will collaborate closely with our acquisition team to ensure timely and efficient sales while developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents and brokers. Your ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects will be essential in maximizing profits while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Experience in real estate investment and development, as well as familiarity with CRM software, is preferred.
