You will collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, regulatory, marketing and operations teams to deliver impactful products that support Kerry’s Taste & Nutrition business.
You will also lead R&D development of new products in Kerry’s branded beverage portfolio, including DaVinci Gourmet, Island Oasis, Big Train, and Oregon Chai.

•    Work in the pilot plant and support production scale-ups and commercialization.
•    Customer Engagement & Collaboration
•    Field internal and external customer requests from ideation through troubleshooting.
•    Co-create tailored solutions with customers and internal stakeholders.
•    Document and present technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Compliance & Quality
•    Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and labeling requirements.
•    Stay current with industry trends, ingredients, and technologies relevant to beverage systems.
•    Travel

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively as part of a team.
