Practice Manager - Healthcare

The Position : The Practice Manager will be able to implement and maintain company protocols within the operations. The Practice Manager should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally as a servant leader.

• $50,000 - $70,000 Base Salary

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations or a related field. Preferably in Healthcare or Personal Injury.
• Proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
• Manage the daily functions of the business/oversee location.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
• Managing patient experience and driving the KPIs.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Leading and mentoring a dedicated team.
