Job Type: Full-time, On-site (This is a presential role in our San Antonio office) Salary: $19 to $26 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team by fostering strong relationships with clients and assisting in the day-to-day operations that ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and relationships.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement account strategies.
Conduct research to understand client needs and market trends.
Prepare and present reports on account status and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client communications.

Qualities We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of account management and customer service principles.
