Job Description
We are currently seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in account management and client relations. You will play a key part in supporting senior representatives, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and supporting daily operations
Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify needs
Coordinate with internal teams to implement client strategies
Track performance metrics and assist in reporting and analysis
Prepare presentations, proposals, and documentation
Attend client meetings and participate in strategic planning sessions
Resolve issues and provide timely updates to account managers and clients
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
0–2 years of relevant experience in client services, account management, or sales
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
