Job Description This role sits within the Identity Access Management (IAM) team, who is building out a new function focused on automating access verification processes. The ideal candidate will help streamline IAM workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and support regulatory compliance efforts. While deep IAM experience isnt required, a solid understanding of IAM principles and data handling is essential. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IAM career whos eager to grow into a more technical, automation-focused role. Skills and Requirements 1+ year of experience in IAM or a strong understanding of IAM fundamentals (e.g., access certification, entitlement reviews, compliance) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Familiarity with Active Directory Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python Strong data mining skills and ability to work with structured files Comfortable using Excel (including VLOOKUPs) for reporting and control testing Understanding of regulatory compliance in the context of IAM Willingness to learn and grow into automation and tooling (training provided) Experience with SailPoint (not required can be trained) Familiarity with ETL processes Exposure to UIPath or similar automation tools Experience with control testing or audit support in IAM Knowledge of how to connect systems and automate file uploads to servers null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
