Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Spring Valley, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth processes in recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities: - Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Assist with benefits administration, ensuring employees have access to accurate information and resources. - Conduct background checks and verify employment credentials to maintain compliance standards. - Audit HR records and systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations. - Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns. - Support payroll operations using ADP Workforce Now and other HR management systems. - Maintain and update HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee records. - Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives and improve workforce engagement. - Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Requirements - Experience with ADP Workforce Now and other HR management systems. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment processes. - Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance standards. - Proficiency in conducting background checks and audits. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. - Prior experience with payroll systems and related functions. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
