About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Class A Driver to safely and efficiently operate winch & roll-off trucks ensuring the timely transportation and delivery of waste containers, industrial equipment, and containment equipment to and from customer sites. The Class A Driver at Ironclad Environmental Solutions will be responsible for loading, unloading, and positioning equipment while adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety policies. This role also involves performing basic on-site services, such as waste collection, equipment setup, and ensuring proper disposal procedures, contributing to the company's mission of delivering reliable and sustainable environmental solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to/ from local customers
  • Survey customer property to determine optimal equipment placement, set up and secure equipment, and install tanks, pumps, piping systems, hoses, fittings, and filtration systems to ensure safe and efficient operation in compliance with environmental and safety standards.
  • Routinely inspect vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep
  • Properly document work performed on equipment deliveries and pick-ups
  • May be asked to transport non-hazardous loads to/from landfills
  • Occasional overnight travel may be needed

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Class A CDL issued by one state or jurisdiction.
  • 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate
  • Experience with roll-off or winch trucks
  • Valid Tanker Endorsement required
  • Proficient in English for communication, following highway signs, and completing reports.
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment physical examination and be able to obtain a valid medical card, if required for job duties.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and adhere to ongoing drug-free workplace policies.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder level.
  • TWIC card required
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months roll-off truck experience within the last 24 months
  • Towing experience
  • Hazwoper Trained
  • Hazmat Endorsement
