POSITION IS FULLY ON-SITE IN MCKITTRICK, CA (Roughly 40-45 min from Bakersfield) shift will be either 6a-330p or 9a-530p. m-f and weekend shifts are 5a-6p MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY OF THE 7 DAYS IN A WEEK! SCHEDULES MAY CHANGE WEEK TO WEEK BUTS ME AVAILABLE FOR ALL SHIFTS! Description Job Description: - Schedule and dispatch surface and sub surface resources - Coordinate Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Activities through efficient logistics management process - Effectively communicate both oral/written - Identify opportunities for improvement (Non-value added activities). - Maintain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - Support SAP scheduling process - Flexibility to expand position responsibilities and knowledge base - Prioritize activities and communicate with customers as required - Accuracy of data entry in SAP - Edit work orders in SAP to make sure the correct activities is entered properly - Continuously look for opportunities to eliminate non-value added activities and increase productivity - Participate in Lean/continuous improvement activities - Identify and communicate opportunities for reduction in lead/cycle time per job order Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
