We're looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead and execute strategies that expand our reach, engage new partners, and drive revenue growth. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, marketing, and faith-based initiatives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell resources, memberships, curriculum, and events.
Own and exceed annual sales targets in alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with field staff to generate leads, follow up with potential partners, and drive revenue.
Analyze sales data, track key metrics, and adjust plans as needed to maximize success.

Marketing & Campaign Leadership

Develop and lead marketing campaigns that promote events and products to existing and new audiences.
Oversee advertising strategies, including digital, print, and direct mail campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices to enhance outreach efforts.
Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure effectiveness.

Partnerships & Networking

Build and nurture relationships with churches, organizations, and ministry networks.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings.
Explore new channels and platforms to expand our audience and increase engagement.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Manage budgets effectively to support ministry growth and expansion.

What You'll Need

10+ years of experience in sales and B2B marketing, ideally in the faith-based or nonprofit space.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Christian Education, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
Expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce a plus), Google Analytics, SEO, and marketing automation.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing best practices.
Familiarity with church ministry, curriculum, and faith-based resources is a major plus.
Ability to travel for organizational meetings, events, and church visits as needed.

Salary Range: $87,000 - $92,000 (commensurate with experience)
