Job Description

Join the NAPA Family as a Delivery Driver!

At NAPA, we’re so much more than a parts store—we’re a team that prides itself on delivering the best service to our customers. We're looking for talented delivery drivers to join our growing NAPA family! As a NAPA Delivery Driver, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to get the right parts to our retail and wholesale customers quickly and efficiently. You’ll be the friendly face of our company as you interact with customers and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service.

Whether you're looking to start a career or need a flexible part-time role, this is a great opportunity to be part of a company with limitless growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver automotive parts to our customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Be the go-to person for customer inquiries and help them with any delivery needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, drivers, and team members.
  • Load and unload parts in an organized manner to ensure safe delivery.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure that all parts are correctly loaded for delivery.
  • Handle all deliveries using company vehicles safely and in accordance with all traffic laws.
  • Bring a customer-centric attitude to every interaction—whether you're talking with a customer on the phone or delivering parts in person.

What You’ll Need:

  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage delivery loads with care.
  • Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll provide the training!
  • High school diploma or GED. Any technical or trade school experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.

And If You Have This, Even Better (But Not Required):

  • Background or interest in the automotive industry, parts delivery, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with parts cataloging or inventory management systems.
  • Experience in a delivery role, driving company vehicles.

What’s in It for You:

  • Competitive pay.
  • A stable, well-established company with a “family” culture.
  • Opportunities for growth and career advancement—promotion from within!
  • Excellent training and ongoing development with support from a team of leaders.
  • A dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we encourage you to apply now! Take the first step toward a rewarding career with NAPA and join our family. We can't wait to meet you!

In 1925, a group of independent auto parts sellers met in Detroit to form the National Automotive Parts Association. Their mission was simple: Improve the distribution of auto parts to serve the people and businesses who increasingly relied on cars and trucks for their transportation needs.
NAPA stores and warehouses, which were owned by a variety of member companies at the time, quickly became the go-to sources for parts. Carlyle Fraser, founder of Genuine Parts Company, served as a key NAPA contributor in its early years.
Across the decades, Genuine Parts began to acquire the other NAPA member companies, and in 2012 became the last remaining member of NAPA, a brand with a reputation for quality parts, rapid availability, and knowledgeable people. Today, the NAPA Network offers 500,000+ unique parts, distributed across 57 distribution centers, 6,000+ NAPA Auto Parts stores and 16,000+ NAPA Auto Care centers throughout the United States.
Today, NAPA Auto Parts stores and Auto Care centers continue to connect professional automotive technicians, at-home mechanics and everyday drivers with quality parts, aftermarket accessories and car care products to keep their vehicles and garage equipment performing safely and efficiently.
