CASE MANAGER

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm near the Glendale Galleria. We are looking for an experienced personal injury case manager to help support the pre-litigation department.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Manage a focused pre-litigation caseload (60 - 80 cases) with dedicated support from a close-knit team, ensuring personalized client service and timely case progress.
• Conduct client consultations, gather key evidence (police reports, medical records), and perform in-depth liability and insurance investigations, including asset searches and spoliation letters.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to coordinate treatment, resolve property damage claims, and negotiate settlements effectively.
• Oversee case preparation for demand and settlement by compiling supporting documents, negotiating medical reductions, and guiding clients through settlement and disbursement.
• Keep case files meticulously organized per firm policies, manage government claims, and handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, document management, and file reviews

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a working knowledge of personal injury pre-litigation matters
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Personal Injury law firm;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and other applications and/or systems (i.e., Adobe, Internet);
• The right candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary: $30.00 hr - $39.00 hr
