Job Description

I. Summary of the position:

· To serve BRAVE Church by playing an instrumental role alongside the Campus Pastor in the administration and function of the building, growth, development and maintenance of the campus. This position operates with a high level of independence, initiative, confidentiality and attention to detail.

II. Experience and Knowledge Required:

· Minimum of one year of administrative or support role

· Proven track record of effective time management

· Experience in problem solving

· Ability to handle multiple projects effectively

· Ability to learn and use RockRMS software

· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills

· Projects a professional image, able to handle a fast-paced environment

· Ability to handle confidential information

· Proven leadership skills

· Ability to work in a multi-task environment

· Strong administrative abilities

· Steady, positive attitude, people-oriented, team player, customer service minded

· Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

· Editing and proofreading ability

· Detail oriented, creative, ability to learn new software applications

· Willingness to work after hours or on weekends when needed

· Strong work ethic, commitment to excellence

III. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Weekly Responsibilities

§ Administration

o Proficient with Microsoft Office, and data integrity within RockRMS

o Assist Campus Pastor with managing schedule

o Build and lead a team of volunteers for receptionist duties and special projects

o Oversee proper handling of online chat requests, email requests and incoming phone calls

o Manage Room Reservations within Rock RMS

o Oversee sermon transcripts and radio programing within RockRMS

o Oversee the inventory and ordering of campus supplies

o Assist in all paperwork processes for campus (purchase reqs, benevolence check requests, etc.)

o Maintain and file documents

o Respond to emails and phone calls within a 24-hour time frame

o Provide daily assistance to the Campus Pastor for various needs/requests

o Process tasks within RockRMS (serving opportunities, Next Steps info, Cadre info, Membership info, baptism info)

§ Weekly Meeting Schedule

o Weekly meeting with Campus Pastor and campus staff

o Monthly All-Staff meeting

o Any other meetings as needed

§ Facilities

o Assist Campus Pastor in preparing facility throughout the week for upcoming services, groups, events, etc.

o Assist Campus Pastor in maintaining excellence inside & outside the facility

· Sunday Responsibilities

§ Available to Campus Pastor before, after, & during services for various needs that arise

§ Assist with planning, implementation, and facilitation of all events

§ Create a high-touch environment (love, encourage, welcome people)

§ Seek out guests and facilitate an exceptional experience for them

§ Identify/Resolve potential issues

§ Manage all paperwork weekly (invoices, incoming mail, etc.) and send to the Central office

· Other Responsibilities

§ Assist with planning, staffing, and implementing all special events and conferences at the campus

§ Other related duties as assigned by the Campus Pastor
