Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Americas Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of events across North and South America, including the United States, Canada, and Latin American countries. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth through world-class events—ranging from industry trade shows and partner activations to customer summits and executive roundtables.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic project manager and creative thinker with strong experience in regional event strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and multicultural stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute a robust calendar of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events across the Americas region, aligned with global marketing and business goals.
• Develop localized event strategies tailored to specific markets in North America and Latin America, ensuring cultural relevance and market fit.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including budgeting, vendor selection, venue management, contracts, production, staffing, and post-event analysis.
• Partner closely with regional sales, field marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure events are targeted, impactful, and aligned with go-to-market initiatives.
• Oversee performance metrics and reporting for each event; use data-driven insights to continuously improve event impact and ROI.
• Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all touchpoints.
• Manage agencies and freelancers as needed to support execution and scale across geographies.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B event management, preferably across the Americas region.
• Proven success executing events in both North and South America, with knowledge of local languages, cultures, and business customs.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in French and English would be a strong plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
• Proficient with event and marketing tools such as Cvent, Asana, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalents.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience in the tech, SaaS, or B2B space.
• Budget management experience across large and small-scale events.
