Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Americas Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of events across North and South America, including the United States, Canada, and Latin American countries. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth through world-class events—ranging from industry trade shows and partner activations to customer summits and executive roundtables.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic project manager and creative thinker with strong experience in regional event strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and multicultural stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B event management, preferably across the Americas region.
• Proven success executing events in both North and South America, with knowledge of local languages, cultures, and business customs.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in French and English would be a strong plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
• Proficient with event and marketing tools such as Cvent, Asana, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalents.
