**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Account Manager (AM)** to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth within the Home Improvement sector. Your primary focus will be to expand loan volume among Home Improvement contractors in your assigned territory. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote, independent work environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct monthly check-ins and business reviews with dealers in your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with our Onboarding team to successfully integrate new dealers generated through our website.
- Train and support current dealers to maximize loan originations and ensure their success.
- Utilize reporting tools to proactively identify opportunities and enhance dealer performance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes in Hubspot CRM to track progress and client interactions.
**Who We're Looking For:**
We're seeking individuals who are self-starters with a competitive spirit and a drive to excel. The ideal candidate will have:
- **Experience:** 3-5 years in customer service, sales, or account management.
- **Skills:** Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer service abilities. Proficiency in phone, email, and web-conferencing tools.
- **Background:** Direct experience in home improvement finance, home improvement sales, or consumer finance is a plus.
**Work Environment:**
This role is primarily remote, with occasional client travel. You'll work in a professional office environment, utilizing technology for web training, demos, and client interactions.
